From its humble beginnings as a Utah-based startup, Freedom Home Warranty has outgrown its roots. Looking to expand its promise of exceptional customer service, not to mention the protections associated with home warranties, Freedom HW looked to the north and chose Idaho as a crucial next step in building the business. 2017 Promised to be a year of growth and expansion for Freedom, With Idaho only being a small stepping stone in the goal of providing homeowners with the best protection possible.
Principal co-owners Wyndell Pasch and Blair Gardner explained the process of growth and moving up and onward best.
“We felt like there was a very large need for home warranties in the state of Idaho, and as a result of that we felt it was being very under serviced,” Gardner said. He referred to the large map sprawled on the conference room table, tapping on the newest territory.
“A lot of other companies are not giving Idaho the attention I think it’s due,” he continued. “That’s a few of the motivations we have for moving there.”
Although “The Potato State” seemed like an easy target for business, Pasch indicated that expanding Freedom HW is never going to be a completely straightforward or simple process.
“Ease of business is not our primary motivation; because we never wanted easy, we wanted quality, he added. “ It’s a very rural state, which poses a significant amount of challenges, but the growth and expansion of Idaho right now is on track to double. That always excites us as we look to grow our company.”
Now with Idaho crossed off the map, the question is where next?
“The future for Freedom Home Warranty is global domination,” chuckled Gardner. “Anywhere there is growth we want to be a part of.”
